When it comes to removing programs with corrupted uninstall information, Tenebril Uninstaller is far more effective than the standard Windows Add or Remove Programs dialog. To do the trick, it makes a snapshot of your system, including files and the Registry, before and after you install a program. If you need to delete a program without an uninstaller, Tenebril Uninstaller simply compares the two snapshots and rolls back the changes. As a bonus, you get bundled several tools for controlling Windows start-up and removing junk Registry keys, cookies, and temporary files. The interface is a bit jumbled, with the uninstall feature mixed in with all the other tools, but the strong Web-based manual helps you find your bearings. Most of all, since Registry problems often stem from poor installation practices, we like the idea of combining an uninstaller and a Registry cleaner. Well played, Tenebril.

Seems like no one is minding he store now. I've lost my original order number and proof of purchase. I've tried to repurchase it, but can't make contact.
Summary
Download it for sure. If you can't contact them to pay for it, use it offline.

Pros
Tried to remove a file using the control panel "uninstall a program" and kept giving me error message so tried in safe mode and still the error. Went to CNET and read the review for this product and dowloaded it and it removed it quickly.

Pros
It got rid of one program I couldn't otherwise figure out how to get off my computer because it wasn't listed in the Control Panel's "Add/Remove Program" screen and wouldn't give me access to manually delete.
Cons
I only downloaded the trial version because that's all I needed to delete the program I wanted to, but I have now found out Tenebril has left spyware on my computer. So now I've tried to hunt down a anti-spyware program because Adware and Spybot don't detect them, but I see they are there with the trail version of SpyBlocs. You don't have to take my word for it - you can look it up on the 2-spyware site and search for "keycorder". <p> <p>I registered with download.com to give this one review just because I saw no one rated it and I see thousands of people have downloaded it and just hope to warn the unknowing others.
