SysInfoTools PST Compress & Compact tool helps you compact your large PST files of Outlook by reducing their file size and removing all extra and unused space from them. It can compress single as well as multiple PST files in a single shot without taking much time. By using this software, all the selected PST files are compressed in four different ways: "Compresses all attachments in a new PST file", "Removes all attachments in a new PST file", "Removes all attachments from PST file and saves them in a separate folder" and "Removes all attachments from PST file, compresses them and saves the attachments in a separate folder". The software allows users to add new compressed PST file(s) to their Outlook profile. This tool can compact password-protected PST files as well. While compressing the selected files, it does not cause any damage or loss to the files. In fact, it maintains the files' structure and data integrity and keeps all the selected files intact or unchanged. It supports compression of both types of PST files , i.e. ANSI and Unicode, of all major versions of MS Outlook. This tool also generates a log file in text format that stores all the information of PST compression process. The log file is automatically saved at the same location that is selected for the output PST files. It also allows you to assign a new password for your compressed PST files. The software is highly compatible with all major versions of Windows Operating system.

Summary
Working with PST has become a challenging job. Every single time a PST file reaches its threshold limit, the fear of its corruption hovers over your head. I myself have gone through such terrible condition, where 'years of your hard work' or 'moments close to your heart' are not yours anymore. Yes an immense-sized PST file does it all. Thanks to SysInfoTools and its efficient team of engineers for creating such a magnificent tool.

It supports compression of ANSI as well as Unicode .pst files, supports batch compression of .pst files simultaneously, supports compression of attachments, removes all attachments into a new .pst file, removes attachments and compresses them into a new .pst file, allows password protection to new .pst files, safe and easy-to-use, etc.
Cons
Not free. Why doesn't Microsoft provide such kind of tool at of free of cost?
Summary
Corruption has always been a very critical issue for me. Before this I tried Mailbox Cleanup, but it didn't work so effectively here what I was looking for. I came to know about this tool thorough a blog. I read about it, downloaded its demo and checked it on .pst files. I was very surprised and glad when I saw the size of my .pst files were reduced. It really works well with oversized .pst files. I would like to say many thanks to SysInfoTools. Keep it up guys.
