Scarlit Invoicer Lite is a business software package that allows you to create professional invoices quickly and easily. Start with a choice of templates and customize with your logo and choice of fields. You can even dream up your own fields, with data specific to YOUR business and print these on the invoice. Invoices can be printed or exported for easy emailing. Invoices are generated with as few clicks as possible, with the ability to add customers and products on-the-fly as you are entering the invoice. Customer records and payments are tracked to keep you on top of your accounts. Product details are stored and easily searchable. Again you can create custom fields to store product information that might be specific to your business. There are a large number of reports and charts that can be generated and these can be rapidly exported to Excel, PDF or HTML. Customer Statements can also be generated. The program handles VAT and multiple sales taxes. Importing of Customer and Product records gets you up and running quickly. The program comes with a 30 day free trial. This is fully functioning and on purchase of a license your data will not need to be re-entered.
