Multi-user, platform independent, 5 databases supported, and two configurations. 2-tier client/server or 3-tier client/J2ee/server.
Version 1.3 has new traceability tree to run audits and facilitate bidirectional tracing. New change management module with custom views and over 20 fields for change requests. New utility for language CSV import/export. Numerous bug fixes, database migration path, and import/export options.
