After making an appointment, the organizing, mailing, printing and reading of the required documents often take longer than the actual meeting itself. iBabs makes everything more efficient. The solution is a simple app which makes your meetings simpler, more substantive and more environmentally friendly. The only thing you need is a tablet or laptop and internet. Simple to plan iBabs provides users with a conveniently arranged, automated organizer which fits perfectly with the agenda of the users current mail system. Meetings taking place at the same venue and time, only need to be entered once; and the data can be reused again. Documents can be linked at any time to the required agenda and are automatically converted to PDF format.
