Editors’ Review
It's one thing to land a job, but another thing entirely to find a job at a company you'd want to work for with a great company culture and a great work-life balance that pays fair (or even above-market) salaries. The Glassdoor Job Search app helps job seekers find all three, with job openings, company reviews, salaries, benefits, and even office photos shared by current or past employees. And because employee reviews -- positive reviews and negative reviews -- are shared anonymously, you know you're getting the total picture.

Pros
Three ways to sign up: You can sign up for Glassdoor with your Google account, Facebook account, or email account.
Face ID compatible: When signing up, you can choose to allow Glassdoor to use your Face ID to log you in instead of having to type a complicated password each time.
Great UI: The Home page has a nice big search bar that you can use to search for jobs, salaries, reviews, and more. You'll also see your suggested search, which defaults to your job title and location. All your saved searches will be maintained in the Jobs tab; Companies shows you companies that you can follow with a tap; and Me is where you can discover your worth or appropriate salary estimate by answering some simple questions about your experience and attributes.
Saved job searches: Upon launching the app, you'll be asked for your current job title and current city name, so that the app can serve you the most appropriate jobs from its millions of listings.
Or search on your own with powerful filters: Narrow your search with great filters. You can filter jobs by Date Posted (from yesterday to 21 days ago); Distance, from an Exact distance to 100 Miles away; a Minimum Company Approval Rating, from one to four stars; Industry; Company Size, from 0-200 to 5001+ people; Job Type, including Full-time, Part-time, and so on; City; and Company. After customizing your search, just tap Apply.
Notifications you'll want to receive: Because getting the most coveted jobs at the best places to work often comes down to getting your application in to employers first, you'll want to enable notifications of new jobs from Glassdoor. Then as soon as the app finds new jobs, you'll receive push notifications, so you can be among the first to apply.
Easy application process: Tap any job listing, and you'll be able to save a job to apply for later or if it's an Apply on Phone position, then you can quickly apply with a resume you've uploaded to your phone. To upload your resume to Glassdoor, so you can take advantage of this time-saving feature, you can only use Dropbox, Google Drive, or LinkedIn.
Get more than a job listing and description: Glassdoor sets itself apart from competing job sites by also offering company info, reviews, and salary reports info, on job listing pages, so you'll also get the inside scoop on the company's environment, culture, and senior management -- even the CEO-- in easy-to-read pros and cons. You'll also learn about the interview process and even some of the interview questions you may be asked if you're lucky enough to land an interview.
"Know Your Worth" tool: List your employer name, location, job title, years of relevant experience, and salary, and you'll see if you're getting paid what you should be in comparison to other workers in your field.
Anonymous contributions: Because it's as important to give as to receive, Glassdoor will encourage you to add your own salary, company star rating and review, interview review, or company benefits (such as stock options), or photos, so people who are interested in working at your company can get insider info on your workplace.
By including your gender, age, and salary, you can even help Glassdoor research fair pay, so companies put an end to the gender pay gap.
Cons
All or one: Under Filters, you can either select all industries, cities, or companies or just one of each. It would be great to be able to select multiples, like marketing and tech career opportunities in San Francisco and New York at Uber and Twitter.
Can't import resumes from your phone: It would be great to be able to import a resume PDF or .doc directly from our phone in addition to the current options of Dropbox, Google Drive, and LinkedIn.
Bottom Line
With its company reviews and salary and benefits info, Glassdoor Job Search for Android stands out among its competitors by helping you find not just your next job through its rich selection of job listings but a job that you'll be happy at.
