It works, but over priced

Pros
Any dummy can figure it out... eventually You can use for more than on company, I think. Worked with Windows 10
Cons
Very old software design. Graphic interface is a big YUK. No real instructions for filing your W-2s or what you need to print. Paying via PayPal does not link with their shopping cart - beware that you don't pay twice. Customer service is very slow to respond. Don't think there is any Tech support to speak of.
Summary
I used it. Entered 12 employees. Read IRS.gov to figure out how to file the printed forms and which ones I needed. Was charged twice, because after selecting PayPal and returning to the merchant's site (Halfpricesoft.com) the shopping cart was not emptied. So, like an idiot, I paid again then saw two charges to my PayPal account. Immediately filed a refund request; called Halfpricesoft.com customer service the next day. Had to leave a message. Never got a call back. Emailed them at services@halfpricesoft.com (notice the 'services' instead of 'service' in their email address). Went through PayPal a few more times. Took a week to get a response from them. Finally got refunded though. Just don't order at 1 AM and you will probably be fine. ;)

Pros
--easy to use as the previous 2008 version. -- And the 2009 version supports 2-form-per-sheet, which will save user's money when printing w2 and 1009 data on red forms. -- Unlimited accounts supported. Good for user have more than companies.
Cons
It is stand alone software and has no interface with other payroll software so far.
