Calendarscope is a highly customizable calendar manager. It allows you to set up your calendar with the holiday structure that makes the most sense for you, to customize your views, and to print on demand.

Pros

Good daily view: Calendarscope displays your daily itinerary well. It is easy to see at a glance which tasks you have scheduled at what times.

Cons

No syncing: The app requires that you completely duplicate your mobile calendar on your PC if you do use mobile, as there is no apparent means of syncing your existing calendars with Calendarscope.

Outdated features: The program emphasizes outdated features like being able to sync with a variety of holiday calendars or changing views for printing.

Cluttered, out-of-date interface: The cluttered icons and menus are not easy to read nor navigate and only add to the already outdated appearance of the program.

Bottom Line

Calendarscope provides a functioning calendar app. If you're working on a standalone computer and prefer to keep your schedule isolated from any other devices you use, it may be a practical option. However, its features and form are very outdated.

I was very happy for a year with this calendar, then I had to buy a new pc. Long story short - my version was no longer available so I am supposed to pay for an upgrade. I was totally happy with my old version. They gave me a link that kept saying it was a "trial version" so it stopped working after 30 days.. I tried the original link I paid for and same thing. I asked support one last time for a link that worked - their answer was for me to read all the past emails I had gotten and the answer was in there! There were about 10 or 12 emails and after trying every single link they sent me (different techs gave me different links), none of them worked! They're not interested in helping anymore. So don't buy this calendar because it only works as long as nothing happens to your pc.
Summary
I paid for one year's use - that's not what I initially was looking for. Will never buy from Duality Software again!

30 day trial with annoying reminders 29.95 for the program and then 19.95 for it to sync to your android phone, wont sync unless you buy 19.95 handysync program.
Summary
This program has a steep price tag im sure that it works once you get everything installed, but at what cost. To me it's too expensive especially for something without a phone book

This program allows for timed and non-timed events, customizable fonts, and repeating events.
Cons
What I don't like is that the size of the date blocks don't shrink or grow with the amount of data on the printed calendar. You can adjust the size of the font to allow your data to fit, but would be more convenient if adjusted automatically.
Summary
Calendarscope is a reasonably priced program, cutomizable enough to meet our requirements. We were looking for a printable calendar to accomodate the scheduling of a moderately busy building. Being able to post the calendar to our web page will be another asset.
I rely very much and it's very user friendly.

I have used this program for more than 6 years. Does everything a calendar program is supposed to do and does it easily. Rock solid...i have never had it crash! Easy to customize. Separate calendar files (not just filters) so everyone in the family can have their own calendar. Customizable alert sounds (a different one for each type of event if you want.) Easy to print or save to a Web page. Highly recommended.

I have tried it and then bought it. This is the only one which can do 7-day week. It is a powerful software and after you bought it, they will inform you new version by e-mail if there is any - New version updates within a year is free, I was told. Also, their support is good, even during the trial period. The price is also fair for such a software - don't you think so?
Cons
Yes, a small requirement for myself personally, but it can be overlooked - not a big deal. I believe they might work it out or add it in their next version.

It is simple and small to run in the background without taking your computer power. I have Palm organizer. However, for security reasons, it is not running all the time. So reminders would not work if Palm software is not running. Thats why Calendarscope is so great. I can keep confidential information on Palm out of reach, but have reminders and other info available. <p>With add-on software for $15 you can sinc it with Palm. <p> <p>Thanks for Great Product
