I have no issue with your opinion, I just think any blame is Ds's. The patreon were sold a package and that was part of the deal. More creators offer that access than don't (seems so anyway) market must support the model. If he communicated a vision, he to often is kind of wishywashy and he also gets to abdicate responsibility by using the patreon. I feel he has done that, I also question some of his poll results. Irony is you saying he is not true to his vision, when he apparently thought he should poll his 40s. Was that not part of his vision?

Agree completely. Just imagine if G.R.R.Martin wrote the books under wishes of people who buy his book. Imagine that because people liked Robb Stark he wasnt butchered during red wedding. Could those series of books still be good? - yes. But not as good after he decide to sacrifice him.
So I dont care that DS is doing story how HE decide - the only think people can complain is bugs or graphics deterioration. I care mostly on bugs in this game (even on 0.5 bugs that wasnt fixed in 0.6).
If they dont like how the author of the game tell the story of his game they can change their support to other creators. But judging by his support he is till doing good work and has +/- same support as he has previous month. He has 2410 supporters by the end of previous month a now .... 2368. So just +/- 50 people left? Thats nothing.

There is a theme in this game, pretty much everyone Max knows has sex with someone else at some point through the game. Not everyone will like that, but it's better to find a game that they do like, rather than try to change this one.

In fact, DS must make a personalized game for each person.

It's impossible to please everyone, he does what the people who pay for his game want.

If you want to influence the development of the game, pay $ 40 if you do not take what you are given free and close your mouths
By the way, thanks to the people who crack the game (thanks Scale) and who give us the mods.

At least now you have the choice to keep Eric to work with him or fight with him or even get rid of him altogether that is a pretty broad scope. I for one pulled my patronage after Eric took all the women (Kira was the last straw for me).
But after feeling the satisfaction of selling Eric to be someone else's bitch, I started to enjoy the game again.

Those 40$ polls are becoming kind of ironic.

I mean if you pay that much money it means you kind of trust in DS's ability to create a good game/story, right?

Except now the people who pay 40$ are the ones who decide where the story goes.

Most of the polls I have seen referenced are when DS is indecisive, I have only seen a few times though where he has gone against opinion. I still haven't seen that much a point to pay $40 a month so far. Thanks god for these mods, it make the last 20 days of the month fly by until the next updates, keep up the good work.

These words are so appropriate. Thank you for these words. Here are so many guys didn´t pay any cent for BB and dare to made demands?! They found it presumptuous that $40 Pledger have a bearing of the development of the game? WTF? Who else? I´m a $40 pledger of BB. And yes, i want something back for my pay. Clear? And yes i agreed to get rid of this disgusting Eric. He is just an asshole. And who get therefore excited? Yes, the miniscule minority of NTR Lovers. It sucks! Do me a favor. Do not play this game any longer, search just for NTR Games and shut up.

For me the satisfaction would come from competition to get them back, and beat him at his own game. The having him vanish feels cheap and non-rewarding. I wanted to make Eric my bitch instead; there could be then paths for larger payouts, or a job, or other rewards. Him screwing the other characters didn't bother me that much, as they aren't real people, but not being to fight him at the time annoyed me, which it was supposed to do, so that's why I felt he was a well written character. All the other characters are having sex with other people anyway: Aunt is a porn star, showers with Alice, seduces Ann, helps with Lisa. Lisa is chasing a guy from school, or may end up sharing the other girl (cant think of her name right now). Alice has her night time girlfriend. So it's not like Max isn't used to sharing his family.

For me it's not about liking or disliking NTR, it's about what makes the story engaging. Having someone like you come along and try to change the game from it's origins, makes me feel the same way you do, in that you should have gone and found a non-NTR game, rather than change this one. Eric is an asshole, but that is the whole point, and a great second story, rather than simply being straight and easy incest, like every other clone out there. What's next? Getting rid of Lisa's friends, getting rid of Aunt, getting rid of Alice's GF?

the released pics are interesting, but I hope this isn't the only story line he will release anything on.

I have read his posts that were pasted here, but in the past DS has changed that.

Last month he was talking about a continuation of the "blog" path.....and that didn't happen

@3xpurt I barely see what you could call competition, I mean, the most used "strategy" is actually not advancing some routes so you don't have to spend money on the girls, even worse, if you're a new player it's almost garanted you're going to struggle if you don't look for a guide or wasn't read The Art of War beforehand. Also, this talk about people changing the game is very funny since you can only do that if you pay $40 bucks, it's pretty clear Dark Silver couldn't care less about what this game turns into as long as he keep these people happy.

I agree with you that the game is suffering now because it's turned away from quality and now panders to the Patreons.
Competition or challenge is making the right choices to nullify Eric's advancement towards the girl. One of those scenarios would be catching him on the balcony and blackmailing him with the photo, although that didn't turn out the way it probably should have, there are multiple scenarios like that, like keeping up with drugging him, etc; eventually, he should be no threat at all, yet it would be more rewarding than simply getting rid of him.

I am conflicted with the previews so far. I like what I see action wise. But at the same time, I do hope Max "cross the finish line first." If I remember correctly Max has only gotten first with Kira, even though she do work off screen before he gets to her. Kate -> Alice, Eric -> Ann, Kira -> Lisa (buttplug), Alex -> Olivia. If you follow the war path, atleat it did for me. Would be a small or big victory if he could "take" Ann before Kira.

And yeah, huge thank you to whom who provides the previews.
