Using the graphical reservation schedule, you can reserve and book accommodations directly, manage the units and guests, write and print invoices as well as set up a differentiated price system for the future.

Within the guest management, you can set up groups and attach notes to a guest profile. With Lodgit Desk Hotelsoftware, correspondence with the guest (offers, confirmations, invoices, mails) can be handled in different languages. Services and items that will be billed separately to the accommodation can be created as extras and added to bookings when necessary. Extra items that are added often, such as breakfast, half-board etc. can be linked as a package to a unit, so that they will automatically be added whenever a new booking is added.
